Returns and Warranty

We have a 28 day returns policy. If you would like to return products bought from Volga Panels™️, please ensure you request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing us on info@volgapanels.com. Once the request has been accepted by our team, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us using a safe and damage-free packaging method in its original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Goods returned by customers through their own choice of shipping methods which arrives damaged will not be refunded.

Return collection can be arranged by us at a cost (depending on your location). Please get in touch with us for more information on this.

 

 

Volga Panels™ comes with a warranty of 5 years that covers the panels for any manufacturing defects or issues with the product that arises from the composition of the product. This does not cover for any accidental damages, normal wear and tear, accidental burns, stains, damages during return shipping, etc.
